Real Wedding ~ Simina and Steve

New York couple Simina and Steve chose the sunshine state for their destination nuptials at the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club photographed by La Dolce Vita Studio. Simina found her strapless gown at Kleinfeld in Manhattan and fell in love with its richly embroidered bodice and asymmetrically ruffled skirt. She added a deep lavender-gray sash and a dazzling pair of diamond drop earrings by Kwiat. The event was designed in a palette of varied violets, purples and lavenders with green accents and a white base. Simina carried a bouquet of mostly white with hints of lavender, including orchids and hydrangea and a deep green leafy collar. Her bridesmaids wore deep violet floor length gowns and carried bouquets of hyacinth, hydrangea, plum tulips and vibrant green orchids. Steve and his groomsmen wore slim gray pinstriped two-button suits with lavender striped ties and boutonnieres made of a single orchid. The ceremony was held in the fountain courtyard of the Mediterranean-inspired resort, where stunning ocean views were framed by foral garland strung between two white lamp posts. White garden chairs created a dramatic aisle hung with green button mum pomanders on lavender ribbon.

The reception took place in the ballroom of the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club with tables draped in pale lavender linens paired with chocolate brown chivari chairs padded with white cushions. Riverside Flowers and Event Design created a mixture of centerpieces ranging from tall arrangements of hydrangea, tulips, branches, leafy green accents and amaranthus to low arrangements of similar florals set in ornate silver vessels surrounded by flickering votives. Paper goods were created in a range of coordinated designs, from the place card and table numbers to the lovely white menu cards with a rich violet flourish. Sweet Weddings created Simina and Steve's wedding cake decorated with spectacular sugar flowers similar to the arrangements of fresh flowers on the tables. Everyone danced the night away to The Mystery Band and joined in a celebratory drink served in miniature barrel shot glasses. Real Wedding ~ Jill and Jason

Jill and Jason's long awaited nuptials were held at the gorgeous Watercolor Inn and Resort in Santa Rosa Beach, FL and photographed by Paul Johnson Photography. The couple originally planned to wed in 2009, but when they moved to Australia for Jason's job their wedding plans were put on hold. This past May, they enjoyed a perfect spring day for their exquisite event designed in a fresh natural palette of green, white and brown with accents of brilliant tangerine. Julie wore a strapless column gown with lace detailing and a sweep train accented by a small bow. She carried a gathered bouquet of varied white blooms, while her bridesmaid carried a similar bouquet accented by the addition of orange calla lilies. The ringbearer carried a ring pillow made of green button mums and arrangements of white and green flowers in glass containters hung from shepherd's hooks along the grass aisle. Deep mahogany chivari chairs were padded with stark white cushions for contrast and Jill and Jason spoke their vows beneath a canopy made of rustic branches and billowing white fabric.

The tented reception was situated on the resort lawn where lush arrangements of green and white florals were created in wooden boxes for the escort card table and the table for guests to write notes to the bride and groom. A structure made of rustic tree branches displayed leaf shaped escort cards on green paper, while green and white paper lanterns were hung from the tent ceiling. Guest tables were dressed in white linens with sage green napkins and centerpieces in glass cylinders of mostly green and white flowers with occasional groupings of tulips in juicy orange. Individual favor boxes were set at each place setting, wrapped in chocolate ribbon and sealed with the couple's monogram logo. Real Wedding ~ Rose and Chris

Rose and Chris were married in a lovely spring affair photographed by Javon Longieliere and planned by Uniquely Yours Wedding & Event Specialist. Rose wore a strapless gown with a lace overlay and soft trumpet silhouette and added a pink fabric blossom pinned into her hair at the nape of her neck. She wore peep-toe pumps in a neutral Champagne hue embellished by sparkling blue brooches that she attached at the toe. Rose and her bridesmaids carried lush bouquets of pink peonies, while the flower girls held pomanders of pink roses. The reception was held at the luxe Omni Orlando Resort at Champions Gate, where cocktail hour took place beneath swaying palm trees on the property's manicured lawn. Butterfly shaped escort cards were attached by clothespins to wide satin ribbon hung in streamers from a dramatic arrangement of branches with strands of white dendrobium orchids and crystals. Ballroom tables were covered in silver satin linens gathered at the table edge into draped bustles. Lee Forrest Design created a variety of centerpieces in shades of white, including low single-flower spray-like arrangements and tall branches painted white and hung with strands of orchids, crystals and votives. Custom lighting by Tagas Event and Production Services created fuchsia and deep purple washes across the room, while candles flickered from every table. We love the pretty paper goods created by Orange Blossom Ink, from the invitations with the couple's names in a gorgeous script to the table names trimmed in pink with floral detailing and a tiny glowing butterfly. Enjoy!
